Nairobiflorists.com is a physical flower Shop based in Park Plaza, Morktar Daddah Street in Nairobi Kenya. Our dedicated team of professional florists are available to deliver your beautiful flowers in all points of Nairobi and Nationwide in all major cities all across Kenya

We  would recommend a day in advance for flower arrangements. This offers the florists ample time to prepare your Flowers. Kindly note that our flowers are however delivered three hours from the time of order. Feel free to place your order anytime. Your loved one will have the flowers before you even realise it.

We also pride with an award winning professional florists who guarantee you the best personal touch to each and Every bouquet ensuring that it goes out is at its best. Besides, we have been in the floral industry for 12 Years and have met Each and every florist across the county and know the quality they produce. We perfect this by offering you only the best!

Our  Physical shop (find directions here) is open every day, from Monday to Saturday from 8 am till 5:30 pm. We are only open for deliveries Places a day in advance on Sundays. Our highly professional staff are available for support 24/7 day and Night. Feel free to call, WhatsApp or fill in our contact form. We promise to get back to you in the shortest time possible.

Sure Yes! We offer same day delivery to all order placed before 3 p.m Kenyan time. Our orders are delivered in a three-hour timeline. That refers the time taken from the time you place the order and the recipient receives them. This, however, excludes Funeral flowers, corporate flowers and wedding flowers. Feel free to reach us to advice you on timelines for these exceptions.

Our online order system allows for; instructions and telephone number of the recipient. If the recipient is not in the office at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers at their desk. If the recipient s not at home, we will ensure the flowers get to them in best way. Either by leaving them at the door step or with the next door neighbour if the conditions are not favourable, with in structions  to pass them as soon as the are received. We will try contact the recipient  with  the telephone number provided with instructions to contact the flower shop. A second delivery will incur further costs.

A Delivery confirmation is oftenly sent on email as soon as the order is done and details keyed in our system. You can also call Shiku to find the status of your order. You will also likely receive a thankful call from the recipient as soon as its done.

Due to the nature of the perishability of the  flowers, Please note: Second-time deliveries will incur $13 extra charge. Cancelled orders  more than two days into delivery will receive a full refund. We only refund  20% of the amount for all orders cancelled in less than 2 days into delivery.
